About Specialty Screen and Window
SSWC was founded by Joel Matz in 1985, and started as a supplier of replacement insulated glass to condominium and apartment owner's in the Baltimore area.
Initially, working out of his basement, Joel personally installed everything he sold.
Eventually SSWC became a full line window and door supplier to new construction, rehab, and remodeling projects across the country. We work with both commercial and residential applications and, in keeping with our roots, still service virtually any window; new or obsolete.
Whether it is providing replacement glass and parts on an individual basis or supplying and installing thousands of windows and doors, SSWC maintains a reputation of superior performance.
Today SSWC is owned by key employees and continues to be one of the most efficient distributors in the window and door industry.
